It kina just fell into my lap, Mark Gomez had plans in motion to go but had another opportunity come up and hooked me up on the ticket!

- When do you have lift off for the Grayland Open? and what do you think about that?
i leave Thursday at 6:30 which means i have to be on the road at 4AM and I’m not to stoked about it.... im not a morning person so its gonna suck but who cares I’m going to Grayland! W00T!
- How long will you be gone for?
I'll be gone until Monday.
- Do you have any tricks up your sleeve?
not really, maybe a couple new variations but other than that just surfing.
- Have you ever been to WA?
no so im pretty stoked. jet ski’s have taken me to some cool places for sure.
- Will this be your 1st comp for 2010?
No, i went out to Gold Coast, Australia to compete in the Monster Australian open. I did terrible, the ski i borrowed didn’t help either, but overall it was a great experience I'll never forget. Oz is paradise.
- How do you think your going to do?
I hope to do well. we'll see what happens
- One thing your not going to for get to take with you?
Bilge pumps.... and motor mounts...

Experience and progression, that’s what I’m shooting for. Two things lol.
- After Grayland what’s next for you?
Next is try and get ready for Blowsion Surf Slam, I’ve had ski trouble all summer so i need to get back on my ski and go.
